Hi Experts,

How can I check if the manager has not received expense item for approval in his inbox?

Hi,

You can view the request in ECC in t.code: SWI5 for the particular user, ensure you have relevant authorization to access SWI5.

I have already checked SWI5, it just has the leave requests.

Hi Tom,

If there are no expense reports requests in SWI5, then there are no-expense reports currently pending with the user.

You can also check the WF of the particular expense report for more details.

Is it possible to track this in the reverse order? Any tcode from where I can check, the trip workflow status?
