XML DAS Archiving

Hello Experts,

I´m looking for some help to understand how exactly the XML DAS Archiving works, I have done the configuaration based in this blog but when the job runs, some times it archived some messages an other times not, what kind of messages does the job save? the messages has to be in specific status?. how does the job works?

Hi Jaime,

It depends on several factors:

• archive job type: standard/user defined
• the fact if message was edited
• retention period (default is one day)
• time that standard delete job runs (some messages might be deleted before archiving)
