Could not retreive attestation list

0 Kudos

Hi Experts,

Does any one get the error "Could not retreive attestation list" while using the restapi URL:

http://icux6451.d52.lilly.com:50000//idmrest/V2/service/TaskCollection(InstanceID='2x7',SAP__Origin=...')

or

http://icux6451.d52.lilly.com:50000//idmrestapi/v2/service/TaskCollection

I have configured the attestation task in SAP IDM 7.2.

the attestation entries in mxi _attestation table always stays in mcstate=2 i.e. rejected state.

Whne I try to use the above rest api url, I get  the error"Could not retreive attestation list".

Is there any thing in the workflow that is missing?

Thanks & Regards

Anam

We are using 7.2 SP10 Patch Level 2 and experiencing the exact same issue.  MCSTATE in mxi_attestations table is always set to 2.  And when navigating to the listed URLs we receive the following error (presumably because no attestations are available due to being in rejected state):

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

<error xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/ado/2007/08/dataservices/metadata">

<code>ServerErrorException</code>

<message lang="en-US">Could not get attestation list</message>

</error>

Also, we receive the following errors in the dispatcher log every time the attestation job runs.  I've read on other posts that these error messages are a bug, but it still seems kind of strange.

Eval attestation failed: Status=2 Text=0

Evaluation of approvalid = 9 failed with Exception: Object not found

Evaluation of approvalid = 11 failed with Exception: Object not found

We would love to hear if you find a solution.

I have the same version and the same problem. I guess this I related to some new functionality in SP10 and old approvals in the system. : Message is in the queue...
