Shoretel and C4C integration


We have below requirements and need to integrate Shoretel contract center and Chat with C4C. Could you please help me on below questions.?

1. Shoretel Contact center application and C4C integration. Is it supported.? If yes, do we need to perform the same steps as mentioned in the CTI document.

2. Shoretel Chat integration with C4C. Is it supported. If yes, Is it the same way as we integrate Snap-engage Chat with C4C.?

Shortel is not a partner we have standard integration with, however, our standard CTI integration will work.    You can get more details from this blog:  SAP Cloud for Service - Overview and Detailed Documentation - it takes you to a link with more information.   It describes how to get access if you don't have it.
