hi experts,  my client is using Teamcenter PLM ,

i want to migrate the data from teamcenter to SAP DMS,

only PDF files are there and it is around 40GB.

Please help ho to migrate the data

i have created two different types of document type

1. for Drawings

2. for BOM

Hi,

You may need to open the port of the previous server and get the link of attached document (Server team may help you in getting the path of attached documents).

Use the link in upload program / BAPI (give the path in HTTP) with all required data of DMS.

Note : The server port to be open during the process.

Please revert the outcome.

This is a typical DMS project and there are various approaches and tools available for DATA Migration.

I would suggest you get in touch with any SAP PLM/DMS consultant to discuss requirements /

security etc and then implement solution.
