IDES 6.0 EHP 7 Dual stack installation

Hi All,

Right now we are using IDES 6.0 EHP 7 abap stack only. we require to install java stack in existing server itself. can any suggest how to install?

Hi Vijaykumar,

Dual stack is no more supported. Please find below note for reference.

1737650 - EHP7 for SAP ERP 6.0 SP Stacks - Release & Information Note

So request you to install an Netweaver JAVA stack and perform portal to ECC integration for same based on your Needs.

Refer below notes for further checks on dual stack.

Also what are the fucntion you want to use it for ECC and JAVA. Based on that we can guide you.

Thank for your reply.

we are using IDES 6.0 EHP 7 abap stack only and we have to configure and  connect  Auto id infrastucture(AII) component.so in this case we need to configure java stack.

if we are going to install IDES 6.0 ehp 6. Is it possible to install dual stack option?

is IDES support dual stack?

if yes, which sap version will be supporting?
