Approve Service Entry Sheet - Mass Approval

Dear Fiori Experts,

  We have implemented Fiori Approve Service Entry Sheet App delivered with the SP06 stack of the product SAP Fiori 1.0, but we could not find the option to do mass approval of service entry sheets. Can someone let me know whether we have the mass approval option in the service entry sheet app or is it available in any of the new release.

Hi Imran,

Approve SES app doesnot use workflow. It works on standard release strategy. For mass approval, please enhance the application and you need to enhance the gw service for handling $batch queries(multiple execution).

Another approach is Create a custom workflow(as there is no std workflow( as far as my knowledge is concerned) ) which handles mass approval, and then you can use MyInbox, as Sarbjeet suggested.

Hi Imran;

This option is not available in the standard application by default.

You can however either look for auto approval for the non important type of workitems.

Or for mass approval, you can use My Fiori Inbox Application.
