Creation of inspection lot as sample size for 09 inspection type

Dear Friends.

I like to create an 09 inspection lot in which lot quantity should be same as sample size based on sampling procedure.

Example

Material   Batch     Unrestriced stock                      Sampling procedure

X               B1               100 PC                             Fixed sample = 10 PC

Inspection Lot quanity has to create for 10 PC with inpsection type 09 and the remaining 90 PC will be in unrestricted but should not allowed to consume until the lot is cleared.Also while posting the stock i need to post total 100 Pc.

That's not possible! There is no any input parameter in QA07 which asks for the quantity for which you want the lot should be created. It considers the entire stock available at that moment in that plant (when you run QA07) against the certain batch.

I did not understand your second part of the requirement. You want the 90 PC should lie in unrestricted use and still you don't want the system to consume it. Why? Why not to move the entire stock in QI then which is safe place at all the time to prevent the usage?
