GRC 10.1 - Firefighter - dump in GRAC_SPM

Hi all,

I´m in GRC 10.1 Access Control SP 007 and after done the entire configuration in EAM module I´m able to enter in GRAC_SMP transaction and see the firefighters ID´s available.

I select logon, enter the reason code and descriptions but after that the system returns an error and not allow login in in target system with firefighter id user.

Checking the error in ST22 I can see the follow:

Error: OBJECTS_OBJREF_NOT_ASSIGNED_NO

Exception: CX_SY_REF_IS_INITIAL

Program cancelled: CL_GRAC_AD_SUPER_USER=========CP

Searching on forum with this info I found the note 1870693 - Short dump when Logging in with Firefighter ID. In this note is suggested update the CUA connector in GRC option Scenarios (Integration Framework > Maintain Connection Settings > Integration Scenarios).

My target system are managed by a CUA system (but GRC system not).

My GRC system should be associate with CUA to the firefighter login works correctly or can work separately? There is other problem generate this dump?

Hello Pedro,

if your target systems are managed by CUA  then you need to maintain the CUA connector into all

integration scenarios as mentioned in SAP Note

also chances to get this type dumps if your RFC connection is not trusted.
