All the fields are un-editable..

Dear Team,

I have 3 level approvals for the material creation/change change request. But after the initial submission of the change request, when the first level approver open the workitem all the fields are greyed out and I get a error message stating that it is un-editable. I have checked everywhere to make it editable, viz. workflow step type etc.. without success.

Any kind of help would be sincerely appreciated.

Hi Tushar,

Kindly check  what is Change Request Status for that particular step, and in IMG configuration check what is the permitted processing against that status, it should be "exceution of changes".
