Ticket Sources

Dear experts,

C4C provides standard ticket sources as Manual Data Entry, Chat, Messagging, Telephony, Social Media and Internet.

I have 2 questions:

  1. What "Internet" source refers to ? How i use this source?
  2. Is it possible to create new Sources?

The included ppt by Sven Feurer might give you insight on how external apps can be developed on the HANA cloud platform and integrated directly with SAP Cloud for Customer.

Hi Gabriele,

the source "Internet" is e.g. for the customer service portal.

We use it as a support portal, where end-customers can e.g. report tickets and see the process status of older tickets.
