Hi,

Blocked stock is not included in MRP process in ECC. Will blocked stock come to APO & is it being considered in SNP processes like Optimizer & Heuristics?

regards,

Mohit

Mohit,

As expert Dogboy 49 already mentioned you can ignore with category in your planning run.

If your requirement is to restrict this stock coming to APO, you can do the same with exit "EXIT_SAPLCSTK_001 Core Interface to APO: Stock Enhancements ". In this you have include ZXCIFU13 where you can mention the logic not to transfer such blocked stock to APO. Further, if required you can use badi /SAPAPO/CIF_DELTA3 to ignore the same in CCR i.e. it should not check for such blocked stock.

Else you can follow the above mentioned reply.

Regards

Rahul

Mohit,

Consideration of Blocked stock in ECC MRP is set through configuration.  You can define it as relevant for net requirements calculation, or not relevant.

Likewise in SCM.  Blocked stock is CIFd into APO with a unique category (CI, unlike the more common CC for Unrestricted Stock).  Since it is a different category, you can have the planning engines treat it whatever way you wish.
