Why Factor field is appearing under Condition Values

Hi,

In our System, two Condition Types ZUSG & & ZLDT are defined.

When we see the details of Condition Type from Create Sales Order window, Factor field is appearing under Condition Values, whereas this is not appearing for Condition Type ZUSG.

1. Just want to know why this Factor is appearing in Condition Type ZLDT

2. And does it impact the Sale Order Billing?

Factor is coming due to Scales maintained in Condition Type (V/06)
