you are getting this error only for this interface. other existing interfaces are working fine correct?

not sure if soap protocol is not supported in 7.11. i see note which indicates we can not use odata protocol in 7.11

1964868 - FAQ: PI Connectivity Add-on 1.0

you can raise this to SAP. will wait for others reply if there is any solution for this issue.

Hi,

Is it so, then how 7.11 SP 12 allowed us in installing Integration connectivity add-on for usage of SFAPI and ODATA adapters.?

Thanks,

Hi Finny Babu  and Gautham Krishna

any suggestion on this issue?

Hi,

When i referred the note 1964868, there is a point deploying of two SCA's - PICOASUF and PIADAPTERS to make SFSF adapter OData protocol workable.

Will this work for 7.11 ?

Thanks

Hi,

We raised incident to SAP on 09/10/2015 with high priority but no response. But any how got knowledge how to resolve the issue. Invested the time since .

Just half an hour back resolved the issue by removing the bean parameter and replaced with call adapter.

But unable to see the data which we are sending from SAP PI in successfactors . still need to do anything ?

Thanks

what do you see in Successfactors audit logs?

admin tool-- > search "SFAPI audit logs"

you can see the incoming calls and request and response

Hi,

I searched in both ODATAAPI audit logs and SFAPI audit logs.

we are using ODATA protocol, i checked but no audit logs created.

I can able to see the logs which i called using direct ODATA URL.

I am not getting still need to do any settings .?

Thanks

Hi,

first of all you habe to follow the Cost Center Intergation Guide available here:

help.sap.com/hr_integration

Look for "Replicating Cost Centers from SAP ERP to Employee Central"

If you want to use PI in addtion as reverse proxy please look into this guide available there as well: "Integrating Employee Central with SAP ERP Using a Pass-Through Scenario for SAP Process Integration"

In the productized cost center replication scenario there is no need to call the SF system from the PI. The PI will always call Boomi.

Hi Deepak,

Please can you check on SF side that if they have enabled SFAPI setting for ODATA user which you are using to login  into SF.

If this is not enabled then you cant see data coming through.

Sagar
