Publication Schedule fails every night - Error User account getting locked

Gurus,

We have an issue where in a WEBI publication we have was running fine from an year but from last 3 days its failing every night saying "Account is Locked". We asked the DBA to unlock the user but then it fails every night. I checked the schedule property and it looks like setting was to only run once. The DBA mentioned that the account gets locked after 10 unsuccessful attempts. But the publication is run only once.(either its a success or failure). They assured there is no other application using this account and password.

Below is the Error :

Any insights into what can be the problem scenarios here? Would appreciate your insight.

Thanks for your response Regina. Looks like its an issue at the database layer which was fixed. We are still trying to communicate with them about the exact fix which is sometimes hard to get quickly. i will update this thread as soon as I get an answer on this from our DBA.

Thanks,

Tsar
