JAM Wiki Editor - Widgets, Videos ?

Hello,

We have just started configuring Wiki pages within our Enterprise Edition of JAM. We found that the Wiki Editor is different to the editor in the free version, and that referenced in documentation (eg. SAP note 2083397). Our editor is missing the buttons for adding content such as widgets  - see image below :

I've looked through the Administration guide, and Admin settings in JAM, but cannot see how to add the extra buttons for widgets.

The other issue we've found is that when we add a URL to a video, the video cannot be played from the wiki page when it is published. It is only displayed as a grey box:

There are two reasons that the widget buttons won't show up, the first is related the edition of SAP Jam, which you mention that you are using an edition that should display this.  The second is if you have disabled certain functionalities, ie, if you disable forums in the group, the forum widget button will not be displayed.

As for the video display issue, there could be multiple causes, connectivity issues, unsupported video format are the two that first come to mind.  You should try uploading the video file directly to Jam to help narrow down the issue.
