Unable to use my SAP ID to log into Lumira Cloud

I'm trying to log into Lumira cloud with my SAP ID (S000xxxxxxxx) but it won't let me.

When I log in with my S00 ID - it gives me the Registration Form - which i fill out - but it says "user exists"

How do I fix this so I can log into cloud.saplumira.com with my SAP ID.
