Planning Area Activation Error

Experts:  We are attempting to activate a direct advanced copy of SAP2 that is using a new time profile as specified below and we are encountering errors in the activation.  Note that the PA was able to activate with the standard delivered M/Q/Y TP as delivered.  The new time profile activated with no errors...any insight on this PA error would be most appreciated.

System: IBP 5.2

Time Profile: (active) W/M/Q/Y (may be relevant that the TP is using "split" weeks that are defined as separate time periods)

In case anyone else sees messages similar to these, we think that there were multiple people editing a planning area while the activation was taking place.  This TP was attached to a fresh SAP2 copy and activated with no errors.
