Hi Experts,

Unable to save software component version of sender interface in ICO(integration configuration)

when i am save its not saved,Can you please help me on this.

Hi Suresh,

If software component version of Service interface is not getting, check below cases.

1. Check the ID objects are in proper sync with service interface created in ESR.

2. Refresh the ID objects in cache under Cache Status Overview under Environment tab.

3. Check the service Interface is correctly created in ESR and options of Stateless & XI 3.0 compatible as well.

4. Finally if above cases doesn't work out, delete the ICO and recreate once again after cache refresh. Sometimes, while creating the ICO, if SI is not properly loaded this case happens.

Did you try adding the SWCV manually?
