[BUG] GUI 7.40 patch 5 - System ID gets deleted

After installing the patch level 5 of GUI 7.40 based on notification from this post (http://scn.sap.com/message/16278606), I've a major issue.

If you edit any of your server details and try to save, it will save without the system id !!  Whatever your try, the system ID always gets deleted.

Another colleague of mine who is using 730 patch 0 had the same issue.  So it's not related to patch 5, but some other issue.

The interesting part is that the .ini file has the system ID.  But it does not show up in the logon pad and I cannot change via logon pad either !!

put patch 5 on several machines this week.  Cannot reproduce your issue.

This doesn't happen to me, so it isn't a generic issue. I suggest creating an OSS incident for this.
