Hi,
we have activated the SAP Jam service in our HCP account https://account.neo.ondemand.com/cockpit/#/acc/x9b9bbc2d. But when we click on "Go to Service", we always get the error message that there is no user account.
After assigning the role SAP_JAM_USER, I could successfully log in. Unfortunately, I do not have administration rights now, which I need for setting up the Fiori Jam integration. Could you please help me here in order to get the admin rights?

It appears you are testing this on a staging system, so it appears there may have been an error introduced that is not currently on production yet.
We are taking a look.
You may want to try doing the same thing on the production Trial system to see if you run into the same problem.
