error in end of path "auto provisioning failure" how to resolve this error?

Good Evening to all,

      sir i have created a request for new user creation, the approval process has been done but in the end am getting error "auto provisioning failure" path is not enabled, i have attached the screenshot please help me to fix this issue,

Also there is useful setting for such cases is activating check for user existence.

Go to SPRO and find Maintain Provisioning Settings. You can tick checkbox for user creation,

Dear Monoj,

it seems that the user is not created. Therefore check the Request Type if action "Create User" is assigned. If you use a change request then check in provisioning settings if the user gets created automatically in case the user does not exist.

Also I recommend to enable the escape path in case of provisioning failures.
