Former Member

We are using ECC6.0 with SRM 5.0

While transferring PR from R/3 ro SRM, we are getting error in R/3 SMQ1 - "ANORETRY".

In SRM in SLG1 - error is <b>"External partner number and partner GUID reference different partners"</b>

R/3 RFC user is assigned in org struture in SRM. Plant is replicated in SRM.

What is missing.

NNK

Hi,

Is the RFC user assigned under the Local Pur Org and Local Pur group?

Also in trascn BBP_ATTR_CHECK ,chek whether the RFC user in SRM is consistent. If not repair it.

Also check whether all the plants have been replicated properly into SRM and have been assigned the proper GUID's.Check table BBP_LOCMAP for this.

Also check the SRM RFC destinations and the SRM RFC user assigned in both the Systems.

Hi

RFC user has been assigned to Local Purchase org & local purchase group.

RFC user is consistant in BBP_ATTR_CHECK.

Plant has been replicated in SRM. Entries are available in table BBP_LOCMAP.

RFC is working fine.

Can u elaborate "SRM RFC user assigned in both the Systems"

Hi,

The same RFC user(As maintained in the Org structure) is maintained in the RFC destination for SRM system defined in trascn SM59 in both R/3 as well as SRM system.

Also the BP's for the plant are unique in BBP_LOCMAP.Also the plant has been assigned properly in the Org stucture under extended attributes.

Hi Nitin,

besides the RFC User and the proper authorizations in ECC / SRM,

are the local Org Units set up correctly?

The Org Units just need to be created and "ticked" for the function

Purchasing Organisation / Purchasing Group. The linkage, which

is usually filled with Backend Information needs to be empty.

Thanks,

Claudia
