XI application error ABAP.error: queue stopped

Dear Experts,

We are doing an integration from ECC-PI-SRM with proxy communication on both sides.

The interface was working well. Now, when we trigger a message from ECC to SRM, messages are struck in SMQ2 of SRM with error "XI application error ABAP. error : queue stopped".

I have attached the trace from SXMB_MONI of SRM. Please help us in resolving the issue

As part of disaster recovery drill, we have moved all the servers from one data center to another data center. We are facing this issue after this activity. Will there be an issue because of this.

But, All the other interfaces with other systems are working fine. We have an issue with only SRM

Try reprocessing the messages stuck in the queue.

We have tried to reprocess the message, but the message is failing again with the same error

Check if these is a dump in ST22.

Hi Priya,

Try resetting the status to "Ready".

If you get SYSFAIL again, try deleting that particular LUW. If there are other messages waiting in the queue, just click on the unlock queue button and the remaining messages will flow .

Hi Priya,

Debug the proxy code and make sure that the data you are passing on a proxy are correct

Before posting the proxy, there should be some config needs to be done in SRM System too. Make sure that you have done it.
