Error calling application via OLE IXOS.IXSCAN.SC2SAP Message No. OA175

Hi,

I am trying to attach & archieve one JPG document, the system is giving error

"Error calling application via OLE IXOS.IXSCAN.SC2SAP Message No. OA175".

However it is not giving any error for other files with extension word, pdf etc.

I have added a Security object IXOS.IXSCAN.SC2SAP in SAP GUi settings like this:

But I am still getting the same error.

I request to share your views to solve this issue.
