Hi Friends,

Please provide me some solution to resolve my problem with SAP Connectvity with SAP Routers

We are in client location Mumbai and trying to connect the SAP Servers in Bangalore. For this,

1. We are created 3299 Port with Public IP Address in both networks.

2. installed this two files SAP router saprouter_6-20001568.SAR and SAPCAR SAPCAR_0-10003694.exe and formed SAP ROUTTAB Files.

3. in my machine, SAP Router has installed and also using the SAP Router String in my GUI as /H/SAPRouterlocalstring/H/BANG-PUBLICIP/H/

4. When i try to logon into the server error message is Service 'sapdp02' unknown

5. And the Dev-Rout file contains the following information.

-

trc file: "dev_rout", trc level: 1, release: "700"

Hi

There seems to be something wrong in /H/SAPRouterlocalstring/H/BANG-PUBLICIP/H/.There is no port information.Ideally port should be mentioned.

For Example:

/H/routerstring/S/3299/H/

Hi

Could you please be more specific. Are you trying to connect SAP Bangalore for service connection? You said during connect, from where means from OSS site or from your PC?

The note 169924 discuss all the connectivity related problems and checks that you need to do before connecting the router.

Check the note and revert if you need more information.

regards,

Vinodh.
