Hi

We have uploaded payroll data by using tables T558B and T558C and ran payroll by using INLK schema. But /416 is not generating in RT and in

form 16 values are displaying as zero.

Followed the instructions given in SAP note 506128.

Please advice on this.

Thanks & Regards,

Sai

Hi Sai,

You are getting this problem for multiple employees or single employee.

Kindly check the wage type properties (which are updated) and make sure Cumulation class 24 & 25 should be checked then only these wage type values added to /416 wage type.

Kindly check and confirm.

Hi,

Please post the payroll logs of before & after processing of INLK, so that we can understand the details.

Hi,

Thanks for your screen shots. But, please expand various pcrs & functions like IMPRT L, TRANS, PIT INK1 etc and check whether wage types are coming and getting calculated in each pcr & functions given in the INLK schema.

If you suspect anywhere data is not coming, then show at which point, the data is not coming..so that we can analyse.

Also check the master data, like info type 3 of the employee - Earliest retro active accounting date etc, which is required to go back and calculate the data. Pls also show the infotype 3 of this employee.

bala.

Hi,

Please confirm, whether you have copied INLK to your company schema like ZNLK and edited the rules which are referring SAP standard wage types and making calculation.

These PCR's will refer the standard wage types (model wage types). So, you have to change these rules to refer your customer specific wage types.

Also, ensure your master data infotypes 0,1,2,7,8,9,21 and country specific infotypes are having proper values (data exists from go-live date).

INLK or ZNLK creates the data payroll cluster tables, which are from 01/04/YY to go-live date. This is required to have complete tax related wage types which are enough to create form-16. (I hope I am right in this context).

Bala.
