Hi experts,

I have a requirement to make inactive in FD02 t.code (Grouping key in Correspondence tab). I know that there OB20 t.code but changes there influence on whole Dunning data area and making them inactive.

There is no exit, badi where I could put some code ...

How to solve it ?

Thanks you in advance .

Use transaction/screen variant for this purpose.

There are a lot of good tutorials about.

Thank you for your response.

As I understood variants techniques need to create Z - tcode. So there must be created ZFD02 transaction...

Users are using FD02 and it wont be changed.

Is there a special reason not to update the authorization roles?

Hi Veselina,

it could be solved at the authorisation level, but I must ask you for any tips .

I was actually referring to your comment "Users are using FD02 and it wont be changed".

Once you have a separate TCODE based on a variant as suggested, it is quite easy for the authorization experts to update the affected profiles, remove FD02/XD02 and add the new transaction code.
