while hiring an employee from plugin system, in HR trigger SLG1 log am getting this error msg "Risk Analysis finished with error. check log for details"
further in the log message no. GRAC_MESSAGES310, need your advise on this.
I assume that you run the risk analysis in background mode (parameter 1071 to ASYNCH). Did you check if the user (WF-BATCH?) has proper authorization to run risk analysis? Since the risk analysis is started with the user who submits the request proper authorization is required. Therefore check SLG1 logs and you will see which objects are missing.
the information given in SLG1 log is GRAC_MESSAGES310, and to answer your question WF-BATCH has all the authorization that includes SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW rights
