Unable to open Lumira

Dear Experts,

I have installed SAP Lumira into my system. And when am trying to start it, It struck for long time with out any further navigation. Please help me what would be the issue?

FYI, I have installed SAP PA 2.3 in my machine and its working fine.

Hi

Try uninstalling the SAP Lumira and then reinstall it again. Try getting the latest version of Lumira. I have both SAP lumira 1.28 and SAP PA 2.3 installed and working on my system.

HI,

     Try clearing local and roaming data. End SAP Lumira process in Process of task manager reopen and check.
