our customer's requirement is to send an email at task release from ppm to the task's responsible.
The email contains a link to the task.
When the responsible receives the email, he clicks on the link that leads him directly to the task.
The problem is that this link is not provided as a clickable URL, but as an attached txt file.
How can we solve this issue?
