System and User information is missing in Audit log

Hello All,

We do not see system information in audit log instead it shows role name twice. Till last week it was showing correct but when we have applied some Snotes related to Portal provisioning this issue has raised.

Below are the audit logs.

Correct Auidt log - This is correct which was showed before snote implementation

Z_XX_XXX - SAPCLNT100 (UserName) Role added to the request for action 'Assign' with validity 10.07.2015 - 31.12.9999

Incorrect Audit log - Now it shows role name twice and User name system details are also missing.

Role Z_XX_XXX added to the request for Z_XX_XXX for action 'Assign' with validity 10.07.2015 - 31.12.9999

Could you all please advise me whether SAP has any snote for this issue.

Provide the GRC version and SP level information.

The SAP note which you implemented.
