Is it possible to share ONE Plant/Storage Location / Warehouse / Bin by different companys or company codes ?

no, because the valuation of product is strictly linked to the plant, and the valuation is company related.

If you have such a requirement you can adopt anpther solution: use an external WMS based on R/3 as explained in Decentralized Warehouse Management System:

plant,storage location,whare house belonging to one company code, u cannot assign to another company code.

No as far as plant is concerened it can be assigned to only one company code in standard SAP.
