TMS Error Message "USER_TMSADM_DENIED"

Dear Experts,

After performing system copy, I tired to configure STMS for the new system in Domain controller. Once the basis configuration steps are completed, I ge the message "TMS configuration for SID not up-to-date".

In STMS, when I checked "Connection test" (SAP system -> Check -> Connection Test), I get the error popup window "Error occurred in SID TMS communication" and also I see message "USER_TMSADM_DENIED" (see attached screenshot).

Any ideas, please?

Hi Sreenivas,

It Looks like your TMSADM user got locked,Do TMSADM user reset Call transaction STMS. Choose Overview > Systems. The system overview appears. Choose Extras > Reset User TMSADM

And also check TMSADM@xxx_xxxx_xxx RFC for errors in sm59,

Hi,

Before you reset the password for TMSADM user, delete the old TMS configuration and re-configure it from SE06 --> Database Copy or Database migration option.

This should resovle the issue.
