Hi Experts,

In Message Monitoring i am not able to see the messages in MESSAGE STATUS OVERVIEW but same message i am able to see the DATABASE tab

Hi thanks to all for your inputs,

in 7.3 sync. messages will not appear in Message Status Overview.

As suggested by Arun check whether logging is enabled for Sync Messages.

Also check in different browsers and upgraded browsers.

Looks like the 'Message Overview' is inactive.

I have implemented same scenario Sync. and Async.

Async. Message is getting in Message Status Overview.

Sync. Message is not getting Message Status Overview but message in Database.

Pradeep,

You should enable the logging of sync messages to get it visible in Message Status Overview.

Hi Pradeep,

Did you check with couple of  time durations by selecting from the dropdown.

normally if we are able to see the messages in database tab then we would see the messages in overview also with out any issue.

Pls post screenshots if you still struck.
