in 7.3 sync. messages will not appear in Message Status Overview.

As suggested by Arun check whether logging is enabled for Sync Messages.
Also check in different browsers and upgraded browsers.

Looks like the 'Message Overview' is inactive.

Did you check with couple of time durations by selecting from the dropdown.
normally if we are able to see the messages in database tab then we would see the messages in overview also with out any issue.
Pls post screenshots if you still struck.
