How to fetch Work contract from IT0001 in Time mgmt PCR

Could you please help me with this issue...

We need to give leave entitlement depending on Work contract maintained in IT0001.

So, how to fetch work contract field in Time kenagement PCR.

Can't you try the operation OUTWPEMPLR which will query work contract .
