Hi experts,
I am a functional consultant currently working on cloud products like SAP Business byDesign,C4C and partially with Success factors too. I happen to see that both C4C and ByD systems have their internal incident management systems that is handled by SAP themselves but Success factors does not have the internal privilege to raise and handle tickets and quires.
I also see that solution manager can be integrated with Success factors and other cloud products.
Now my question is can SAP Solution manager be integrated with SAP ByD system, C4C and Success factors .i.e the ticket handling for all the three products should be done with in Solution manager.
Since there is a built in functionality of Incident raising in C4C and ByD, can these be integrated with Solution manager??
