Screen Personas 3.0 - Unable to use created theme in flavor

Hi Expert,

I'm facing a problem using Screen Personas 3.0 themes. I've created a theme with a corporate background image (size 250Ko, 1920*950px).

When i  try to save my flavor, the system doesn't able to save it. I reload service and when I select my flavor, I'm not able to load and to use it.

When I create flavor with small image on my screen, i haven't any problem.

On /personas/admin T-code, all items are green.

Does anyone have an idea ?

whats the value of profile paramater ztta/diag_area in your system?

I  used tcode RZ11 and see the following  Profile/Paremeter Type = Integer Value and Profile Value on that screen is 250000

thats super low. Your Personas health check tool would have showed you red indicator for this.

Min value should be 20000000 bytes (20 MB).

Also, Make sure that your system is updated based on Note 2222773
