Hello Everyone,
The DEV and PROD are working fine but we have problems with Quality system , Java stack is not working properly.
ABAP stack is working fine but from java stack unable to open ESR/ID. Getting the error, please check the attachment for the error
We haven't added anything in hosts file.It used to work till last week.

Go to Control Panel, all items, Java, General tab
delete all temporary files,
Perform a restart of java stack from SMICM

the error might be because of unstable java stack, please check with basis team and try to perform full cache refresh.
Is this error is only for one user/system or multiple user/system?
We are facing the same issue in multiple user/system.
