Owner property for Work status

Hi People,

Good morning!

I have Owner property in Cost center dimension and had set-up work status and it is working fine.

If you see below snap, viswanathn is the owner for cost centre CC_20000403 and mauleshk is the owner for CC_20000404 Cost centre.

I was under impression that viswanathn owner/user can not plan for CC_20000404 or any other than his cost center but still viswanathn user can able to plan for another cost centre.

How owner property works ? what i have to do if i wanted to restrict like above ? Please correct if i am doing anything wrong?

Hi Vishu,

Use data access profile to restrict the data access.

Make separate data access profiles for your users and give the read and write access to the required cost centers only.
