Dear Fiori Experts,
We recently upgraded our gateway system to the below versions. we also implemented sap note 2213660 - My inbox patch 1.6.9 after the upgrade.
SAP_GWFND to SP12
IW_PGW to SP08
UIX01CA1 to SP05 - > My Inbox
After the upgrade we migrated our previous Approve Requests App(Custom Workflow) to My Inbox. But after the upgrade the BADI /IWPGW/BADI_TGW_TASK_DATA which we used to change our task description is not being called and it is showing the default task description in Fiori. Can you guys please advice what could be missing.

In new Fiori inbox the filter for the badi is changed, that's why it was not called.
now the filter value for the BADI will have Task No. Workflow Id and the Node id

Can you try running below reports for clearing cache and retry ?
Transaction: /IWFND/CACHE_CLEANUP on Gateway
Transaction: /IWBEP/CACHE_CLEANUP on Backend and Gateway
Run the report /UI2/CHIP_SYNCHRONIZE_CACHE. Make sure there is no error in the table /UI2/CHIP_CHDR
Run the report /UI2/DELETE_CACHE_AFTER_IMP.
/UI2/DELETE_CACHE
Run the report /UI5/UPDATE_CACHEBUSTER.
/UI2/INVALIDATE_GLOBAL_CACHES

You can set external break point before the BADI call and find a root cause.
