Cycle counting - Assigning resource to warehouse order - Error message: No suitable warehouse orders were found

Hello all,

During cycle counting process, after creating and activating Physical inventory document, warehouse order is created.

I am trying to assign a resource to Warehouse order in Warehouse monitor.

System gives following error

No suitable Warehouse orders were found.

Message Nr: /SCWM/RSRC038

Have you seen this error before?

Can you please advise what went wrong and how to fix it?

Hi,

have you setup a queue determination for the PI at all? I think this is something which is often forgotten. And you have no WPT, so you have to find the queue via the activity or activity area. And if you have no queue in the WO, you can not assign it to a resource

Please share the screenshot of the error message. Also please confirm which transaction you are assigning the resource.
