How I change the approval process?

Hey guys,

Im trying to change one opportunity to "Set as won" but the option is block. I check the approval processes in administrator and I find that the work distribution reporting to line manager. Edit option is block so how can I fix that?

Hello Bruno,

If the opportunity has gone for approval, then you will not be able to edit it until the approver takes an action i.e. approves or rejects it.

Hey Bukke,

In my print doesn´t existe any person responsible for aprove. How can I put me for approve instead of the standar line manager?

Hello Bruno,

In the Approval Process, you have the below options. From here you can choose who the approver needs to be.

If the approval process is already active, then you will not be able to edit it. In that case, you have to set it to Inactive or Ended, copy it to a new approval process and make the changes accordingly.
