no schedule line (in consumed Sales Order "ZLSC")

i am creating a Consumed SO, but i cannot create the Outbound because of SCHEDULE LINE ERROR, knowing that the items exist in the consignment stock,

what could be the problem,

You ask for help on a customized document type (all document types starting with Z are set up specifically for your company business processes), without explaining the business case and document flow, without any screenshots and even without providing the exact error message.

Without such kind of information it is almost impossible to figure out what can be be root cause.

Have you tried to contact your support consultants, provide them with the document number and the error message?
