Dashboard stopped updating

Hi All,

This is a new implementation of Solution Manager and we are on EHP 7.

We have created some custom monitoring objects in Solution Manager to track transactional data from SAP ECC, since the last 1 week all panels in the dashboard display "No Data".

I have done the following but could not find the rootcause of the issue.

- Deactivated and reactivated the monitoring objects but the objects are not visible in both Analytics and Dashboard.

- Created a standard SAP provided KPI but even that is not appearing in the analytics.

- Updated the AFKI repository.

- There are no errors in the repository queue.

- Cude status is Green.

- In SM37 job logs in SAP ECC, I can see that the monitoring IDs have some execution time but still data is not reflecting in SolMan.

Any pointers regarding the rootcause or any helpful transactions is greatly appreciated.

Could you check in SM37 that some jobs have status suspended?

Hi Kumar,

It would be better if you can share exactly which area you are getting the error....

have you checked below note for BPA which talks about some analysis you can do to figure out data not available

2196691 - Business Process Analytics gives "No Data available for selected timeframe" exception

Also do mention whether you use MAI or CCMS based monitoring etc.

Please paste screenshot and provide more details if above doesn't helps
