System name not getting populated for Risk Analysis in a particular stage in AC 10.1

Hello All,

In one of the stages of my workflow, System name is not getting populated. This is happening in GRC quality only and in GRC development I have not faced such an issue.

This is very unusual because while doing Risk Violations at Stage - 2 , system name does NOT get populated ( 1st screenshot ) while in Stage -3 of the same workflow , system name gets populated ( 2nd screenshot )

Please suggest.

have you validated/checked the connector configuration? one logical guess is, the system is not being populated since GRC is not connected to the satellite system.

Hello Venu,

At one stage , system is getting populated and at another it is not happening.

So I don't think GRC not being connected to satellite system is the reason.

Hi Rahul,

    Just a basic check. Have you ran the Repository Obj sync Job? can you find the user entry in the corresponding GRAC-Connector table?
