Looping for review task TS40107924

Hello everyone,

i would like to have confirmation regarding a SRM standard process for Work Item generated by standard task 40107924 (review of PO).

This Work Item is generated when you manually add a reviewer (Ad Hoc reviewer).

This WI remains active until the PO workflow is completed: at this moment, the dialog WI is logically deleted.

What i find not logical is if reviewer "submits" his review, a new WI is generated, so reviewer will receive dunning mails to review the PO each time he will submit his review until the end of the PO workflow: this has no sense !

Once review is submitted, no new WI has to be generated.

So, is this process the SRM standard one?

I did not find any OSS notes dealing with this subject.

We are in SRM 7.00

Regards.

Laurent.

Hello,

we use Process-Controlled Workflow.

Task TS40107924 is linked to workflow template WS40000018.

Inside this workflow template, the document type is checked: if it is not a Quote, Task TS40107924 is called.

The problem is this task is inside a loop...

For me, it should not.

Regards.

While defining the level in the process control workflow system will identify the no. of level defined at the schema level that why system use the loop.

Thanks

Hi,

i am talking about reviewer, not approver: there is no process level for reviewers.
