Issue with PI SFTP sender CC

Hi,

I have configured a scenario, in which PI SFTP sender CC (PI 7.31) is unable to pick the files from SFTP server.

PI (Sender CC) is able to connect to the directory successfully, but unable to pick the files.

PI user has full access (Read/Write/Execute) on the directory.

I have tried with test message from RWB & PI is able to place the files to same directory.

Below is log from Sender CC.

I have tried with different  Naming conventions in sender CC as well but no luck.

Does any one face this issue earlier?

Hello Anil,

Check the other node and also in the message monitoring.Maybe the logs are not update in CC.

May be weird,Just a try.

Are you using the last SP for SFTP PGP add-on 1.0, the SP04?, are you PI 7.31 at least in the SP7?

Hi,

PI user has full access on the directory.

All the files names are starting with SHS & i have given SHS*.* in the CC.

I have tried with *.*, ([^\s]+(\.(txt))$), File name as it is, .*

Hi Anil,

Are you sure that you have READ permission to read the files ?? It seems you have WRITE permission to write the file in the directory.Please chk below points:

1. Do you have READ permission to that directory ?

2. Did you mention correct naming convention in the filename. Try by placing * in the Filename.

Please share your sender configuration screenshot if possible.
