Update Strategy

Hello,

I'm a bit confuse about the update strategy on Hana DB.

Support packages are delivered like as Revisions. Updating the system with new revisions is not for systems that are running on Production systems.

In production system I've to choose between Maintenance Revisions and Data Service Points. But what is the differente about the maintenance revision and Sap hana data center service Point?

Hi

SAP recommends that you update production database to data center service Point

as this has undergone extensive testing and is stable
