G/L Account

Hi all,

1. In the chart of account , what is that means of Account type ? Inside the Account type, have sales, expenditure and other. In which situation should I choose this ?

2.In the chart of account, what is cash and control account?

3.What means is 'All Currencies " under currency field?

4.In the Account Code Generators , what the division ,department and region for ? May I add division, department or region? How to add?
